CHARLESTON, SC — Primus Multifamily is excited to welcome Sandy Ferguson as Assistant Community Director. Sandy brings more than 20 years of experience across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and corporate housing.
Throughout her career, Sandy has worked with companies including The Beach Company and Continental Realty Corporation and spent 12 years with United Residential Properties, managing communities throughout Charleston, Savannah, and Atlanta.
Her experience spans property operations, leasing, business development, revenue growth, team leadership, customer service, and asset performance. She has a proven track record of increasing occupancy, reducing delinquencies, controlling expenses, and improving the resident experience.
Sandy holds a South Carolina Real Estate License as well as CAPS and CAM designations. Known for her relationship-driven approach and attention to detail, she believes the best teams distinguish themselves by doing a little more than expected.

That same philosophy shapes the way she approaches leasing and resident relationships.

Sandy is originally from Hartford, Kentucky, and has called Charleston home since 2001. Outside of work, she enjoys decorating, party planning, cooking, and music festivals.
She says she is especially excited to join Primus during a period of growth.
