CHARLESTON, SC — Ashley joined the team on April 20 and brings nine years of multifamily experience, along with a strong background in leasing and creative marketing.
Ashley has worked with AMCS, NHE, and RAM Partners, with experience at communities including Waterleaf at Foxbank and Pine Lakes. She’s known for using social media and innovative outreach to drive traffic, build engagement, and create a true sense of community.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wright State University.
“I’m really excited about the opportunity for career growth with Primus and being part of such an awesome team,” Ashley said. “I recently experienced a takeover, so I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to Colonial Park and contributing to its success.”

She also values the role she plays in helping residents find the right home.
