NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – Primus Multifamily is pleased to welcome Traci Brown as Community Manager of The Alden Townes. In addition to leading operations at The Alden, Traci will also provide remote management support for Mulberry Place and Pebble Creek, bringing nearly two decades of property management expertise to the Primus team.

With more than 19 years of experience in both multifamily and commercial property management, Traci has built a reputation for strong leadership, strategic budgeting, effective marketing, and exceptional communication. She began her career at Treehaven Apartments and spent 16 years with Apartment Management Consultants (AMCS), where she managed a diverse portfolio that included Dorchester Village, Anchorage, and Pine Lakes Apartments. In recognition of her leadership and commitment to excellence, she was honored as Manager of the Year in 2016.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Traci relocated to the Charleston area in 2004 and has spent her career serving residents and property owners throughout the Lowcountry.

Outside of work, Traci is an avid Atlanta Braves fan who enjoys spending time with her family, especially her beautiful new granddaughter. She also credits her inspirational husband for being her biggest supporter and enjoys relaxing with her beloved dog, Dansby.
