Kristi Ellis serves as Regional Property Manager for Primus Multifamily, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across the portfolio.
She drives property-level performance through budget management, expense control, revenue strategy, and team development. Kristi partners closely with onsite teams to ensure communities meet financial goals while delivering a consistent, high-quality resident experience.

With more than 15 years of multifamily operations experience, she has a strong track record of improving occupancy, strengthening operational systems, and aligning property performance with ownership objectives. Kristi excels at cultivating empowered, performance-driven teams that take ownership of their roles and consistently deliver strong results.

Kristi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and achieved the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2018. She believes strong leadership begins with accountability and team empowerment.
