Austin serves as Asset Manager for the Primus Multifamily portfolio, overseeing investment performance, capital strategy, and business plan execution.

He leads financial modeling, operational benchmarking, capital improvement analysis, and market evaluation to ensure each asset performs in alignment with ownership objectives. Austin works closely with operations and accounting teams to drive NOI growth and optimize cash flow.

He also supports acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and market feasibility analysis for prospective investments to guide disciplined decision-making.

Austin began his career as an analyst with a company affiliate before transitioning into asset management. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management.
